About the project

The challenges faced in healthcare can be of many different sorts. One of the challenges we face is that the public sometimes gets lost in the large and ever-expanding healthcare system. The strain affects us all when a large group of people seek service within the same part of the system, as the wait gets longer and the quality of service drops. Therefore, there is a need for a type of navigator for the healthcare system that's easy to remember when uncertainty rears its head.

Goal

To bring attention to the easy-to-remember phone number 1700 for health consultation and a first step towards the correct destination within the system and in turn increase the service to the public when it comes to healthcare-related advice.

Idea

This message is important and therefore it's vital to make it clear and accessible. Bright and prominent colors pave the way for eye-catching images that refer to the wide variety of symptoms, syndromes and sicknesses that people deal with daily. The images relate to its subject directly and the way it's portrayed makes the message easy to understand. A mix of playfulness and humor balances the seriousness and importance of the message, creating a memorable display.

Conclusion

An interesting, gripping and focused campaign which resulted in a greater emphasis on clear instructions and consultation within the healthcare system.

The key to raising awareness was to keep the message short, focused and eye-catching.

It was decided to create a catchy jingle with the purpose of getting it stuck in people's head... for the health of the public! The lyrics of the song is composed of common ailments that people seek the healthcare system for. The chorus emphasizes the short and easy-to-remember phone number with the purpose of directing unsure people to the correct channel of the healthcare system.
